Comportamiento actual

Cuando hay miembros con /dafi activo, si un usuario usa /dafi y toca En camino, se envía una notificación al grupo principal de DAFI avisando de que se esperan recepciones.

Comportamiento deseado

El aviso se debería enviar a cada miembro registrado en /dafi por privado.
