d3.geoPath().bounds({type: "MultiPoint", coordinates: [["-32", "-20"], [32, 20]]})

returns [["-32", "-20"], [32, 20]]. I suggest we coerce the coordinates to numbers in

d3-geo/src/path/bounds.js
