Probably Hotjar would be better than Google Analytics, specially if we use heatmaps to know how users are interacting with the app.

Another option:
Script that exports a CSV file (to Cloudflare) with created networks (stats) every month (exclude or separate Demo networks).
Gary could create a spreadsheet and charts from the CVS files.
