Given the nesting that we encourage through Cycic, it might be useful for a view that presents:

- region A
    |----  Inst alpha
    |   |---- initial facility Z
    |   |---- initial facility Y
    |----Inst beta
- region B

etc.

Should this function as a separate view or from the region view?

Either is very possible

It could take the place of the lists that exist in both the region and institution corral right now. (But again - this is not critical path)
