The bibliography is not generating on the preamble and spec resulting in broken links

Worked for Genre and II but not CWRC. Weird

Seems to be an issue with CWRC itself.

Citations are pulled from the HTML of the page of the object from the collection.

Some pages that consistently failed for me in CWRC:

Sometimes the citations don't load on these pages, I filed a bug report on CWRC's interface but not much I can do without having to write my own mods-to-citations script which feels redundant as the information should be available. It also would be very tedious to implement a citation formatting script.
