Discrimination Based on Income

The Code currently prohibits discrimination on the basis of income. I think some guidelines should be added about what that looks like. For instance, charging for admission to an event is discriminating based on income/socioeconomic status. The Code should clarify that charging a fee for access to a space is prohibited, and recommend collecting donations from those who are able to pay instead.
