We need a way to e.g. set a heading and/or edit stories and statuses the old way (e.g. from iPhone)?

I added a top bar with the title as a place to manage this stuff.

Ideally, the title should be able to be customized under a "settings" area somehow (or perhaps by double-clicking). When we have settings, the title should be on the left, not center... and settings should be on the right.

I'll add the multi-board support today, so we can even customize the name of the board that is currently displayed.

I think double-clicking makes sense here. It's how you interact with the rest of the board.
