Smart Gateway ZigBee Hub wont work with HA LocalTuya integration will tuya-convert be ok please

Hi team I will provide full story ( I'm trying to get my WeMo ZigBee lights that need a HUB to connect too on local no cloud solution please to us e with Home Automation ( HA ) ... ) I have a total of 25 lights in use and will be using final around 45 lights .

I have used the WeMo Original WIFI hubs and it works well but I get drop outs on some too many lights & I have used up to 4 separate HUBS with HA and many other apps apart from the original WeMo app as it doesn't recognise more than 1 Hub .
With HA it did manage to sometime turn on the lights the would drop out which was impressive but it was not 100% all the time !

Smart Things ZigBee Hub well currently still using it , I bought it as it was a LAN connection my Fav ... But even though I only need one hub to do the whole home and no dropouts the issue is constant cloud Drop outs and it stuffs the automation in HA ... The other issue is that if i turn of the light switch the even just for 30 secs i need to pair the device again which really sux ... also the cloud is freaking constantly dropping out my god sorry I'm mentioned that at the start real pain !!!

I just purchased a TUYA / SMART LIFE ZigBee Hub its called Smart Gateway once you set it app with the app i like it as it has LAN cable connection also and i have only setup one light to test and its Kool ... but my Goal is to get off cloud team ... so i tried to add it to LocalTuya Integration via HA and I revived a error also i know it wont work as their is no ZigBee Identity anyway so i wont get far ...

My option as I use HA via VMware image and I don't want to use USB ZigBee I was hoping I could convert the one of the LAN ZigBee Hubs to use locally with HA please , has anyone hacked the Smartthings ZigBee hub or the TUYA/SMART LIFE Smart Gateway Hub please and if you could assist me how also or were too i give it a try too ... I'm not strong with Linux based commands but can follow good doco`s , I'm like a simple Linux admin maybe at best sort off :) ...
