Does anyone know if the plusminus.ai smart lights are Tuya lights?

I hope my question makes sense. I'd really like to control these smartlights with my own software but I don't know the first thing about doing that. However, one of the software engineers of the company's linked in page has tuya-related repositories on their github account so I think this might be a good place to start.
