Describe the feature

Tracking placeholder until we create a separate repository to host the sources.

This will be an OpenShift Console Dynamic Plugin using the SDK to expose the Cryostat Web UI, or pieces of it, directly in the OpenShift Console, so that users can access Cryostat functionality more directly without having to visit each Cryostat CR's Route.

Installation of the plugin will most likely be an optional feature in the Operator, though it should also be a relatively small and simple operation to install on its own so a standalone manifest or Helm Chart could also be published.
