0.3, added a mostly complete game lib

basically added a ton of games. Its 4 in the morning, dont feel like writing release notes. Just go use it, I dont really know if any human in their life time could play all of the games on that page, just knock urself out ig. I think this page puts it best:

I think the amount of changed files throughout all the games and pages add is upwards of 270000. I only wrote about an extra 5000 lines tho.
