Accept multiple story IDs, and create an anthology collecting all of them into a single PDF volume. Technically works now, but the rendering is quite ugly, it doesn't include author information, and the PDF hyperlinks are buggy. First stab at solving #7

Use the TeX "\@addtoreset" command to reset chapter numbers between parts instead of hard setting the counter to 0. This stops hyperref being confused when it tries to insert links. One more step towards solving #7
With the "novel" class, much of what we get for free with "book" has to be implemented by hand. At a bare minimum, interstitial pages between parts need to be added before anthologies are even remotely usable with "novel". |
Look at printing the current story's title and author on the page headers. This is documented for "novel", and should not be any more difficult for "book". |

Making anthologies shouldn't be much harder than single-story books, but will require some rethinking of both file and document structure to support a new logical level above that of a story.
