[BUG] Issue with Non-Closing Collapsible Elements

Hello Team,

I recently purchased the PRO version of Material Dashboard and have encountered a critical issue regarding the collapsible elements functionality. Under no circumstances do these elements close once opened. It appears that even if I import the files provided by your distribution, the collapsible element opens correctly but fails to close.

This behavior suggests that there might be an unintentional event replicator causing the element to remain open perpetually. I had assumed that such limitations would be addressed in the PRO version, but it seems to persist.

Steps to Reproduce:

Import the Bootstrap 5 files as per the official documentation.
Implement a collapsible element using the standard Bootstrap 5 guidelines.
Click to expand and then attempt to close the collapsible element.
Expected Behavior:
The collapsible element should toggle between open and close states upon each click.

Actual Behavior:
Once opened, the collapsible element does not close.

Could you please look into this? Any guidance on whether this is a known issue or if there are any workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
