Steps to reproduce

1. Install OpenShift Local extension
2. Remove OpenShift Local extension
3. Go to Settings/Preferences page

*I did not test it from a clean installation. Does the setting appear if the extension has not been installed before?

The are not OpenShift Local extension settings
