Radio support

Radios are a complicated beast, I've looked at this item before. They're not actually playlists. So I'm not sure how they'd work. Similarly, I'm not sure you can have an embed code or URL for something that isn't a playlist, but that may warrent further investigation.

Thanks for thinking of this though! Is there a way to browse playlists created by Spotify and or others within their API?

No worries, I'm not saying this won't happen. It's just embed codes may not.

Browsing playlists is supported, I just raised this based on some playing around I've been doing in issue #37.
