Update documentation for compiling Age example w/ Simple data model #230

If users are following along and attempt to run the Age example through CQL-to-ELM, it will fail unless they pass in the appropriate --model argument. We should update the relevant documentation to include the --model argument as needed.

Originally discovered as a result of #229.
