No tile found for ic2.api.energy.prefab.BasicSource

Hello!

Running:
Forge Mod Loader version 12.18.2.2171 for Minecraft 1.10.2
Java 64-Bit version 1.8.0_111
FTBserver-1.10.2-12.18.2.2171 (Direwolf20 1.10 v1.1.2 + SimplyJetpacks2)
CompactSolars-1.10.2-5.0.5.329
industrialcraft-2-2.6.105

Issue:
Notice that when someone places a Low Voltage Solar Array this starts to just overload the server:
[03:07:12] [Server thread/INFO] [IC2.EnergyNet/]: No tile found for ic2.api.energy.prefab.BasicSource@34863e58 at dim 0: -835/72/107 <-- Solar Array position

This continues to repeat up to 15+ times a second which overloads the server and is causing drops / latency.
