FREST based on Cozo

I am engaged in a research project called FREST having to do with a distributed relational API protocol married to UI generation, intended to simplify software development and make computing simpler and more generalised for non-programmers.

CozoDB looks like just about the ideal platform for this work. The only significant feature I would need is the ability to run a "trigger" when a predicate value is asserted. I could also use a Dart embedding as I'm doing the initial UI work in Flutter, but I can be getting on with the JS embedding or client server.

I'm not currently familiar with Rust but I have been interested in learning it, so I would likely want to be a contributor in time.

I am so in love with this project I'm kind of speechless. I'll certainly start evangelising and working with it.
