This is more of an experimental PR that tries to address the following very frequent errors observed in the current deployment
Note that this error msg appears in the current code only when we try to get auction data. As it is unclear why this happens, this PR simply proposes to reattempt this api call 5 times before raising the error (and also adjusts the error msg to be more accurate)
