Job populating order and batch rewards in our data warehouse

We currently process and sync order rewards and batch rewards data in a single job in https://github.com/cowprotocol/dune-sync.

Since we want to remove this repo and simplify our data pipeline into simple modular tasks, we need to have a job that simply populates the queries we want to sync into an intermediary table in our warehouse.
