Problem
services have incorrectly published openapi.yaml for the DuplicatedOrder error type when posting orders (correct is DuplicatedOrder, but it was published as DuplicateOrder).

Solution
Pending resolution of cowprotocol/services#1928, create a patch level release fixing the issue.
