I'm dealing with you web-chpass and noticed one big disadvantage:

It's not possible to change password when old one expires (account is completely blocked, not in "warning period"). I know that's probably pam_unix module issue (lack of arguments to ignore password expire check) but maybe you have an idea to to "fix it"?
