Think about allowing teachers to merge their own classes together into a larger class

@Carifio24 & I discussed this - we can imagine a teacher wanting to do this, especially if they have a bunch of small classes, but logistically it would be complicated because the first group would be a small class, and they would never see data from later groups. Last class of day is the only group that can see data from all the other classes.
