This PR resolves the issues in #24 by:

  • Remove the printout of the educator data at the bottom of the info form
  • Fix an issue where the "successfully submitted" card wasn't displaying
  • Redirect teachers to the "Manage Classes" page (rather than the classes page for students, which won't work for them
