The latest class introduced by @jsitarek lacks documentation and pytest integration.
The tests are actually already in the scripts in the experiments directory, we just have to reformat them in a
agnpy/tests/test_spectral_constraints.py script that can be run by pytest.
Also the sphinx documentation has to be updated with them.
