Solar2D 2021.3643 [EXPERIMENTAL ANDROID CHANGES]

Notes

This release features experimental changes for Android APIs, mostly concerning media selection and saving to the system gallery. It also removes requirement for *_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission for capturing or selecting video and images. Saving to the Camera roll still requires WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission.
