Port more ideas over from the etherpad

Add remaining lists Except for the Blocked list; I am no longer keeping that and have dispersed the blocked ideas into whatever priority list they belong in. This also adds some information about long term plans from the bottom of the xnethack etherpad to the main page. Also adds the sidebar.
