[Bug]: Docker Compose | Redeploy v4.0.0-beta.380

Error Message and Logs

It appears that docker compose codeigniter 4 projects, the private github repo code, does not get updated on any webhook deployment.
However, Env variables, and coolify settings do. just not github repo code.

i have been seeing code gets updated if i delete the project and reinstate it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a Coolify CodeIgniter 4 Project using Docker Compose
2. Successfully Deploy
3. Commit Changes
4. Webhook Auto Redeploy
5. Search for Changes

@ggolympia are you using a volume mount in your compose that overwrites the app folders?
