Hi.

Does the Rspec test work?
The test seems to be failing because of the service roles managed by AWS.
How about changing to testing with LocalStack?

LocalStack seems a good way to emulate IAM resources, so I'm trying to fix the test.

For now I understand the following fixes are required:

moto used in LocalStack has a bug Correct group inline policy rendering getmoto/moto#3069
moto does not allow IAM policy's Version before 2012-10-17, so policies without Version specification in tests need fix
Account ID acquisition should use STS GetCallerIdentity, not IAM GetUser.
