Describe the solution you'd like
Its a minor thing, but it would be nice to at least default the start date field when adding a Staff Member on the Staff Management page. When the modal opens, instead of resetting the field, we could simply set it to the current date. This way, if the current date is what the user wants, they can skip the field and move on.
