1. Nutzungsrecht
Der Kauf eines Themes berechtigt Ihnen die Nutzung nur für eine Domain inklusive Subdomains, es sei denn, sie erwerben eine Lizenz für unlimitierte Domains. Sie dürfen das Theme sowohl für private als auch für kommerzielle Zwecke einsetzen.

2. Copyright-Hinweise
Der Copyright-Link bzw. die Copyright-Links "powered by contao-themes.net" dürfen nicht entfernt oder verändert werden. Das gilt auch wenn Sie das Theme nur als Basis für eine Website einsetzen und es verändern. Möchten Sie diesen Theme ohne Copyright-Link einsetzen, müssen Sie eine kostenpflichtige Lizenz erwerben. Alle Texte, Bilder und sonstige Medien, die in den Themes für die Darstellung der Demo-Seite verwendet werden, dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

3. Agenturen & Reseller
Sie können dem Kunden die Rechte an der Nutzung des Themes übergeben, damit verliert aber die Agentur die Nutzungsrechte. Für den Kunden gilt das Nutzungsrecht wie bei Punkt 1 beschrieben. Sie können die Nutzungsrechte des Themes nur einmal weitergeben. Für jedes weiteres neues Projekt, wo das Theme genutzt werden soll, muss eine neue Lizenz erworben werden.

4. Modifikationen
Sie können das Theme nach Ihren Wünschen anpassen und alle dafür erforderlichen Änderungen am Theme vornehmen. Beachten Sie jedoch dazu die Copyright-Hinweise.

5. Weiterverkauf
Der Weiterverkauf des Themes oder einzelner Bestandteile, ob als einzelnes Produkt oder als Paket mit weiteren Leistungen und alle Arten von kommerziellen Vertrieb oder kostenloser Weitergabe ist nicht gestattet.

6. Fremder Quellcode
Das Theme kann teilweise fremden Quellcode enthalten, der eigenen Lizenzbedingungen unterliegt. Diese Copyright-Hinweise dürfen nicht aus dem Theme entfernt werden.

The purchase of the theme entitles you to use this theme on one domain including any number of subdomains. If you wish to use the theme on several domains, you must purchase several single licenses or a license for unlimited domains.

The copyright link "powered by contao-themes.net" may not be obscured, removed or changed. This also applies if the theme is only used as a basis for a website and is modified in any way. If you wish to use this theme without a copyright link, you must purchase a paid license.
All contents (texts, images and other media) used in this theme for demonstration purposes are subject to their own license terms and may not be used without the express permission of the author.

3. agencies & resellers
You can transfer the right to use this theme to your customer by selling or passing it on, but in this case the agency loses the rights of use. The right of use as described in point 1 applies to the customer.
You can only transfer the rights of use for the theme once. For each additional project in which the theme is to be used, a new license must be purchased (except for the Unlimited Domains license).

4. modifications
You may customize the theme according to your wishes and make any necessary changes to the theme. Please note the copyright notices.

5. resale
The resale of the theme or individual components, whether as a single product or as a package with further services and all kinds of commercial distribution or free distribution is not permitted.

6. foreign source code
The theme can partly contain foreign source code, which is subject to own license conditions. This copyright notice may not be removed from the theme.
