Add the ablity to work with docker rollout

Currently watchtower creates unwanted down time.

Describe the solution you'd like

Docker rollout https://github.com/wowu/docker-rollout offers a zero downtime solutions but still requires a lot of manual steps. With watchtower using rollout this would be fully automated.

Describe alternatives you've considered

You could do something like this with Kubernetes or Nomad but it seems a bit overkill for my needs.
