MotorsportReg Member ID is not guaranteed to be unique

I made a wrong assumption that MotorsportReg's member model id, also referred to by their other models as memberId, would be unique.

This causes problems anywhere coner-trailer uses it as a key to uniquely identify a person or participant.

This wrong assumption especially impacts the crispy fish person map, causing the member resolved to mismatch on account of names not matching, even when there may be a different person on record with a matching name. This results in a large amount of participants needing to be mapped by person ID manually, a high-touch and human error-prone process.

Need to refactor this accordingly.
