Loading

FIx the it seems inconsistently impossible to select some positions and components on the data pages
Loading a unrouted page that is only accessible to admins results in unauth response on ssr, should be a client only request to load data from API for pages when loaded direct (not via a route)
Changeing the page layout UI while on the page appeared to result in an error which needed page refresh
