  • Start from CryoNetTorch:
    • 1️⃣ from JNP Martel's branch: has both fourier and real, but focus has been real space
      • Get sense of the logic of the modular structure
      • Decide which modules we want to keep (see Design task)
        -should use simSPI, once simSPI has been re-designed and refactored
