Mirador bottom panel shows single image only, is it possible for this to show all representations for an object?

On the /dev/php8 branch: objects with multiple representations have the correct # of representations shown in the caMediaPanel, however when using mirador as the media viewer the mirador bottom panel only shows the image being viewed (see below). Would it be possible to have a preview of the other representations for the object in the bottom panel or is this a restricted by how mirador is currently integrated?

took a look at Mirador.php and MiradorManifest.php but sadly a bit over my head.
