Pit kiln, wrong tool?

Issue Description

Pit kilns, in all states, show that the proper tool to break it are axes, which doesn't make sense when clearing the burnt out pit kiln (which looks like an ash pile). A shovel would make more sense, since ash blocks made by pit and refractory burning are also cleared with shovels.

What Happens

Proper tool (as shown by The One Probe) is an axe, and not a shovel.

What You Expect to Happen

Shovels to be the proper tool to clear the pit kiln, especially the one that's finished and filled with ash.
