I am unable to reproduce the issue using only the following:

Advanced Mortars: 1.6.22
Tough As Nails: 3.1.0
Forge: 14.23.5.2815

It looks like you have several mods affecting the HUD rendering there. Would you be able to disable each of those, one at a time, and see if disabling one clears it up? That would help provide more insight into the issue.

this is a common bug in TAN. The HUD can do that when you look at ANY entity/tile entity, etc. It's still being worked on, and unfortunately the devs for that mod honestly haven't been active....
