There's some problems with the AHP parsing in html-request scraper2, as you can see in this csv output: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11offSYz2irnjI-9tILkcI-ClclRUZ0pyhXtPy-G4i8g/edit?usp=sharing

The bugs that need to be fixed include:

Benicia (row 37) is pulling html code including several tags
San Anselmo (row 397) is pulling in extra text, "here". Is that an html anchor?
Maybe there's more????
