Though technically Fingal, South Dublin and Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown are counties, they are administrative in nature and are not typically known as counties of Ireland.
I suggest merging Fingal, South Dublin, Dublin Sity and Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown into one (Dublin).
Furthermore, Limerick City should be merged with Limerick, Galway City with Galway and Cork City with Cork to total 32 counties (and 40 shades of green).
