When setting up IG on Alex's computer, on the first run of rspec after creating the database, a number of inspection.rb tests failed. The failures each had the line undefined method 'possible inspectors' for nil:nilClass.

The errors did not recur when the tests were re-run. It might be some sort of DB seeding error. Uncertain.
