fail to read CEPAS, but reads with SignCard app #191

Hello,

I have a CEPAS card that behaves very strange:
all command 0x90 0x32 returns 6D00?

By the way I also noticed that you do select file command to select master file but it returns error, what is the reason for this select file?

same card reads with
