[BUG] Sort resources by name

Using the dsu admin:
Expected behavior: To sort Resources by name and quantity correctly
Actual behavior: when sorting by resource name and quantity, numbering that is one digit is not correctly sorted, for example 2 is placed between 19 and 20, 3 between 29 and 30 and so on.

Looking into this. Implement natural sort if sorting is done on FE.

UPDATE: Sorting relies on backend. The quantity issue does not reproduce anymore, but name sorting still works like in the description. BE to investigate.
