[BUG] Invalid date for volunteer specialisation

Using the dsu admin, when editing (not when creating) a volunteer to add a specialty.
Expected behavior: add a specialty with the date of today.
Actual behavior: when adding a specialty at the date of today or any previous date of the current month the date field will return as: invalid date. Save button is active but upon clicking, it does not actually save, go back to the previous page or return any error. It actually turns out that the date that is saved in this field is advanced by one month. So for example by choosing 30.11 the date will then be displayed as 30.12.
