In some cases we need the

ElectionResultsStackedBar
ElectionResultsSummaryTable
ElectionMap
To handle discreet values and not percentages.
These cases are when aggregating data for local elections for example:
https://api.rezultatevot.ro/api/ballot?BallotId=96&Division=national
