[Modules] EPIC - Create roles

1. Regenerate the edm and choose the option to generate the default roles. This will create a ReadOnly and FullAccess roles for each primary entity in the edm. (example: CountriesReadOnly; CountriesFullAccess)
2. Add the read role to all extension files of the navigations
3. Add the read role to all extension files of the widgets
4. If the project has reports write a comment about them in the respective issue of the project
5. In the extension projects add the read role to all extension files
