Specifically - if CRDB is used in a service offering that allows external users to modify table schemas in some other database product - not in CRDB - but CRDB is used internally as part of the system as a whole - where the CRDB table schemas themselves are only modified by internal employees and contractors - does that constitute a licensing breach?

I am after a clarification on https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/stable/licensing-faqs#what-constitutes-hosting-cockroachdb-as-a-service.
