EMPLOYEE: The employee needs to be able return the job to the service manager, Permissions

The employee needs to accept the job and have the opportunity to ASK FOR REJECTION, when ACCEPTED THE JOB email the Customer: 
I) The employee it’s no able to change the status of the job once ACCEPTED
II) They can’t have more than one job ACCEPTED
II) The employee has the option to PAUSE the JOB (Reason)

The USER is available to select more than one EMPLOYEE for the Job

PAUSE needs a form (Reason a comment)

CLOSE needs an special form
