If page is a template, then allowed components shall be all the components under /apps/{tenant}/

If page is not a template, then allowed components is either

component specified from the template property “allowedComponents"
If this is not set, then all the components under /apps/{tenant}/

Get allowedTemplate to be included within this API
http://localhost:8080/perapi/admin/readNode.json/content/lsaperegrine/pages/events
