Script to Solution Correspondence

When comparing a scripts and solutions file w/ diff, those files should match exactly except where there's answer to be filled in. This includes having line prompts match - therefore, e.g., blank answer prompts should have extra lines to make the results match.

• known correspondence issue: 09_StochasticIBM/Practical_02.R @nicholasdavies
• make compare more convenient by enabling tab completion @pearsonca

There is a convenience tool in the inst directory for checking the comparison: compare.h, used as:

cd inst
./compare.sh 09_StochasticIBM/Practical_02.R

Ways to create the correspondence:

• blank / comment lines in the script version
• comment lines in solution version (e.g. explaining why things deleted in scripts version)
• ???
